Not the usual business KPIs.
Not:
* How much money did we make a company?
* How much is in our bank account?
But maybe:
* Resilience — how many times have we risen from failure or the ashes?
* Humanity — how deeply have we let others in?
* Compassion under pressure — how do we show up in adversity, in chronic dismissal, when we’re disregarded or walked all over?
* Growth — how much have we learned from life?
* Mindset — how big is our growth mindset meter?
* Listening — how much do we truly hear others?
* Space-holding — how much do we let others speak?
* Intergenerational wisdom — how much do we listen to the elders? To the youngsters?
Some of these can’t be measured. And maybe that’s the point.
But what if we tried?
A dashboard like this wouldn’t just track performance. It would reflect who we are becoming.
